Posted Wed Mar 14th, 2012 12:15:AM by RBU Executive Director

Roundball UnliMited Beyond The Court Program is accepting applications (date TBA) for our first Beyond The Court class. Since 2009 our RBU program has promoted and fostered the development of youngmen on the court in our community. As a result, RBU has educated our members for life after basketball and the importance of academic excellence. Our Beyond The Court program will provide the opportunity for participants to interact with professional athletes during our on the court sessions. In addition, we will have a diverse group of community leaders available during our classroom sessions. Our hope is to broaden our participants knowledge on their personal vision, awareness of college entry process, life skills, and challenges facing student- athletes today.

FAMILIES CAN APPLY BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.  APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE NEXT SPRING 2013 for kids entering 7th -10th grade only.  Our first class will be held June 2013 in the Rocky Mountain Region...location TBD. The cost to operate our Beyond The Court program is fairly expense however PENDING our corporate sponsors this program expenses are close to being 100 percent free to our 40 -50 lucky participants!  Come experience the Roundball UnliMited difference!  Please look for more information regarding this program in the near future.

Our RBU Board members will select 40-50 participants into our first class out of hundreds of applicants. Our program is near the final stages of production/development.  We are hoping to launch this exciting youth program by the spring of 2013 for a very selective group of youngmen.

Thank you for you interest in Beyond The Court ®and our Roundball Unlimited Programs.
